旅居台灣多年的英國藝術家，因熱愛台灣的風土民情與東方藝術，

在日常午後喝咖啡時突發奇想，
有感於市面上販售的咖啡杯和濾杯都是西式或現代款式，
材質普遍也是不鏽鋼或塑料材質，
如果將西方喝咖啡文化融合東方藝術一定會蹦出新的火花，
平常有創作陶藝習慣的他，馬上手工製作出獨一無二的陶藝咖啡濾杯組，
相較於工廠規格化統一出品，手工製出的多了一層溫暖的感覺，
每個咖啡濾杯組皆不盡相同，各有各的特色，
有的稍微胖一點點、寬一點點、高一點點、顏色和紋路也大不相同，
穩重潤滑的細膩質感，不只用起來，擺著也是一種裝飾藝術，
喝的不再僅僅只是咖啡，也是一種品味......
